Are dividends taxable to stockholders?
Dividends paid by MCG Capital are generally taxable to shareholders in the year in which the dividend payment date occurs. Shareholders will be mailed their taxable dividend notification in the form of a Form 1099-DIV prior to January 31st of the year subsequent to the reporting year.
